Poor service and rude staff. They charge a 50% “restocking” fee If you want to return something. There slow and lazy warehouse staff is already on site getting paid by the hour. Their restocking fee is essentially a scam. And from the boxes of tile a kept, a couple tiles were broken, and I’m sure they wouldn’t compensate me for that. Take your service as-well.

Feels like a low level suburban type outfit & staff seemed to be burnt out & lowly paid. Yuvraj was arrogant and seemed to think he is some sort of flooring king. This guys a real piece of work. I wouldn't waste your money at a low level spot like this with a low level owner.

They’re selection of flooring is unmatched in the city especially their tile selection. They have significantly grown in the last few years and if you’re looking for an exotic finish to complement your home this is the place to visit! I can't say enough about Pwf floors. They did a great job. The floors look amazing. Karan and his team were terrific to work with. SUper friendly. They don't rush you in the process. Pricing is excellent, but the best part is the quality of the work they do. Fine detail in the finishing of the floors. The quality of their work can be a small detail that you may not think about. Would definitely go back to them and recommend them to all that need flooring !!!!

These guys have been a nightmare so far. Harjot started off strong with his product knowledge but quickly went downhill with his lies, broken promises and constant changes. One tradesman showed up a day and a half after promised and moves like molases. I was going to use them to re-do our basment floors as well...... but not after this!!
