This place used to be my go to and has been for several renovations. I've noticed that the service and quality has really gone downhill last couple of years to the point where I stopped recommending them to other renovators and have now stopped going myself. One guy with glasses is a real pro and knows his stuff inside and out. Otherwise the front desk service is miserable and the quality is not worth the price. It has gone to the wholesale quality but retail price kind of model which doesn't really work with how many other options there are in that area which are similar to what Dragona was 2+ years ago.
